How to Get Started
Hi everyone. I have been interested in being a firefighter for a long time and recently found out about wildland firefighting. I have very little knowledge of the field but am very interested in changing careers and joining this community. I am 25 years old and I do have my degree already but in a totally unrelated field, aerospace engineering. I live on the east coast but am willing to relocate eventually. I was wondering what steps I should take from here to begin the entrance process into this field. Thank you for any and all advice.
